The Monastery of St. Gertrude in Cottonwood, Idaho, has been doing business with Enhanced Telecommunications & Data, Inc., since 2004.

When Enhanced installed our new telephone system, the technician told us it would provide room for considerable expansion, which we, of course, said we would not be needing. How wrong we were! Two boards for additional lines and countless telephones later, our system is still growing. We are constantly moving offices and relocating people, which means installing, moving, and reassigning phones. The work is always completed in a timely manner. I have no doubt that the system will take us far into the future.

At their suggestion, we asked Enhanced convert our Internet service to a T-1 connection through Qwest. The conversion was nearly seamless.

The Monastery of St. Gertrude, located on the western edge of the Camas Prairie in Central Idaho, is not close to anything ~ Lewiston is sixty miles away. Despite our location, the service has been excellent! Any time there is a problem with our telephone or data system we can count on Russ to contact us and/or be here in very short order. There have been instances when he hasn't been available and the staff in Boise hasn't been able to talk us through solving the problem. When that happened, a technician from Boise was dispatched and here within 24 hours. I cannot recall an occasion when either of our communications systems has been down for more than a day because of failure of Enhanced's equipment.

The entire staff we have dealt with is cheerful and helpful and willing to make the extra effort to keep our systems operating. Despite the countless times we have called for little things ~ name and location changes, including our request to change the time display ~ Russ has never lost his sense of humor and is always ready to help. (The fact that we feed him a good noon meal on a regular basis may have something to do with it.)
