How do I change the time and date on my Coral phone system?

There are two ways to change the time. One must have the # feature for the codes.

1) Dial #188 (188) from an attendant phone.

2) Enter the time HH:MM.

3) Dial 2 for AM and 7 for PM.

4) Press the arrow up button to change the date or #11 to accept the change of time.

5) To change the date, enter the day (01-31).

6) To change the year, enter the 2 digit year (00-99).

7) Press #11 to confirm and save the changes.

How do I program a button on my Coral phone system?

While leaving the handset in the cradle.

1) Dial #139 (139) select the button you want to program.

2) Dial the feature code, extension number , or phone number             (don't forget the 9).

3) Press the button you just programmed.

4) Press the speaker button, or lift and replace your handset.
